Lantern-Making Workshops

This year Lanternhouse will once again be supporting the festival by running free lantern making workshops for familes in the week leading up to the procession and finale on 18th September. (The procession is organised by the Lantern Supporters Group.) Our workshops here will be run by Vanessa Card and Georgina Solo, experienced lantern makers who can help guide you to make your own fabulous lantern for the procession.  Workshops will run the week leading up the procession in early and mid evening.

Sessions on the Saturday and Sunday will run at 1 - 3 pm, 4.30 - 6.30 pm, and then 7.30 - 9.30 pm

During the week it will just be two sessions - starting at 4.30 - 6.30 pm, and then 7.30 - 9.30 pm
